The light in Leith was really gorgeous at the start of 2025. I went walking around the docks, the streets, the industrial areas, looking for places where the colours were the most vivid. The fishmonger at the Leith Market provided me with colourful inspiration in the form of these large langestines.
This print is of an original oil painting created in July 2025. Oil on canvas, 18 x 12.5cm
