The light in Leith was really gorgeous at the start of 2025. I went walking around the docks, the streets, the industrial areas, looking for places where the colours were the most vivid. This view is from Hawthornvale, looking down the street to Chancelot Mill, illuminated by the setting sun.
This print is of an original oil painting created in July 2025. Oil on canvas, 50 x 40cm
